Stereo Madness Walkthrough: Every Section of Level One
Published · 1 min read
Why level one still matters
Stereo Madness is easy by Geometry Dash standards and still ends most new players' first ten runs. It teaches the three things every later level assumes: jumping on a beat, holding for chained jumps, and the ship. Take it in sections.
0–20%: single spikes
The opening is single spikes at regular intervals. Each one lands on a beat of the track. Jump when the cube is roughly one cube-width from the spike; if you are jumping early, you are watching the spike instead of listening.
20–45%: platforms and the first triple
Blocks appear at different heights. Jump onto them from the edge, not the middle, so you land with room. The first triple spike arrives here: hold the button rather than tapping and the cube clears all three.
45–70%: the ship
The portal turns you into a ship. Hold to rise, release to fall, and make small corrections. The corridor is wide; most deaths here are from over-steering into the ceiling.
70–100%: back to the cube
The final stretch mixes spikes and blocks at a faster rate. The music is louder here for a reason: the jumps are on the strongest beats. If you have made it this far in practice mode, you can make it in normal mode.
